At Lulu Supermart, we take extra care in packaging our crockery products to ensure they reach you safely. However, due to the fragile nature of these items, our return policy is designed with specific conditions.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.


Damaged or Broken Items (IMPORTANT)

Because crockery items are fragile:

  • You must inspect your parcel at the time of delivery.
  • If any item is broken or damaged, you must:
    • Inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery
    • Share clear photos/videos of:
      • The damaged item
      • Packaging (inside & outside)

⚠️ Claims without photo/video proof or after 48 hours will not be accepted.

We will offer:

  • Free replacement OR
  • Full refund (depending on stock availability)

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • All pieces in the set must be returned (no partial returns)
  • Item must not be damaged due to customer mishandling

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used crockery items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Sale/discounted items
  • Products without original packaging
  • Partial sets or missing pieces

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us from [your email / WhatsApp]
  2. Share your order number + reason for return
  3. Attach required photos/videos (if applicable)
  4. Once approved, we will guide you with return instructions

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refund will be issued via:
    • Bank transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa (for COD orders)
    • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover all costs

Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • They arrive damaged
  • Or you receive the wrong product

Important Note

Due to the delicate nature of crockery:

  • Slight variations in design/finish are not considered defects
  • We ensure secure packaging, but courier handling is beyond our control
